Here you'll find all the key messaging, brand language, and boilerplate copy you’ll need to keep SHARE’s communications clear, consistent, and on-brand.
We approach every situation with deep empathy. It’s not just about understanding, but truly feeling with our community.
e.g., “We’re here alongside you, every step of the way.”
We’re not just listeners; we act. When our community voices a concern, we’re on it.
e.g., “Thank you for pointing that out. We’re diving into this right now.”
Everyone is welcome, valued, and heard. We celebrate the diversity of experiences and backgrounds.
e.g., “Your voice adds to the rich tapestry of our SHARE community.”
We’re a reliable source of information. When we share, it’s backed by expertise and experience.
e.g., “According to the latest research...”
While we avoid imposing narratives, we strive to offer choices, resources, and avenues for our community to make informed decisions.
e.g., “Here are some options you might consider.”
